- MFN® is India’s premier Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) property and is the brainchild of Bollywood sensation Tiger Shroff, his mother Ayesha Shroff and sister Krishna Shroff. The organization is strategically conceptualized and has been a key driving force in shaping MMA in Southasia and Southeast Asia.
- MFN kickstarted with their debut event in Mumbai on the 12th of March 2019. Despite the pandemic, MFN has grown exponentially since then. With 15 successful events under the hood hosted in India and abroad, MFN has become synonymous to Indian MMA. MFN is spearheading growth of MMA in the geography and has achieved more than 100 Mn + digital impressions so far.
- MFN has two formats –International Fight Night and MFN Contenders. International Fight Night features the best of talent from India and abroad. MFN Contenders serves as a feeder to International Fight Night.
- MFN Contenders was launched with the sole aim of giving a promising MMA career to the best prospects in the country. In the last edition of MFN Contenders, more than 500 fighters participated from across the country over a span of three days and 24 winners from across divisions bagged their dream contract to fight under the bright lights of Matrix Fight Night.
- This is not all, MFN is building a robust MMA ecosystem to produce world class MMA talent.

- MFN follows a strict set of rules and regulations to ensure safety to its fighters during all its events. It also has a team of doctors and paramedics present at every event to make sure fighters are getting the best treatment possible.
- MFN employs educated and experienced referees to ensure that fights are conducted safely, according to unified rules and regulations. MFN also makes sure that all fighters have their required protective gear such as groin guards, gloves and mouth guards to reduce the risk of injury during fights.
- MFN events are held in large indoor arenas that accommodate the fighters as well as thousands of fans. The events are produced at a world-class level, with high-quality lighting, sound and video production as seen in the previous 15 events.
- MFN is the number one platform for Indian fighters to showcase their skills and abilities on a national and international stage. Such exposure helps increase the fighters’ fan base, attract sponsorships and open up more opportunities for their MMA careers.
- MFN provides high-level competition for fighters, who can consistently improve their MMA skills and confidence. The fighters are also compensated as they receive a purse, and bonuses according to their performances for each fight.
- MFN maintains a high level of professionalism at all its events, making sure that all fighters are treated with respect, and their safety and well-being is the top priority.
- MFN has produced fighters such as Puja Tomar, Anshul Jubli, Pawan Maan and Vikas Singh Ruhil who have represented India in international MMA organizations such as Road to UFC and PFL Challenger Series. Jubli is currently on the official UFC roster after winning the Road to UFC tournament in 2022 and Puja has became the first indian female fighter to get a UFC Contract and wins her debut fight at UFC.
TIGER SHROFF

Tiger Shroff is an Indian Movie Actor born in Mumbai, and has graduated from the American School of Bombay. He was a star athlete in school and won MVP awards routinely. Although he is a natural athlete and excels at any sport he gets into, his first passion is Martial Arts, having begun his training at the age of 5. He has studied Karate, Wushu and Taekwondo, and holds the Sho dan in Taekwondo. Apart from Martial Arts he is an avid practitioner of Parkour and Gymnastics. Tiger is currently the youngest Action Star in India, and has the biggest fan following amongst children and youth in this country, who all look up to him as an example to follow. Tigers recent stints with MMA as an Owner of India’s state of the art MMA facility in the country called MMA Matrix Gyms have led to him to be an avid fan and a practitioner of Mixed Martial Arts. He is the son of Ayesha and Jackie Shroff, and older brother to his sister, Krishna Shroff.
KRISHNA SHROFF

Krishna Shroff is born in Mumbai and completed her education at the American School of Bombay. She then went on to getting her bachelors degree in film production at SAE Institute, Dubai. She was always a star athlete in school and won multiple awards, including Female Athlete of the Year during her final year. Post graduation, she produced a feature length documentary on the transgender community in Mumbai, which went on to win multiple awards on the international film festival circuit. Apart from this, Krishna has created an identity for herself and solidified her mark as a successful entrepreneur and one of the pioneers of the fitness movement within our country. She is currently the brand ambassador of Monster Energy and Muscleblaze, India’s leading sports nutrition brand. Krishna’s passion for fitness, with an aptitude for Mixed Martial Arts, was the inception point of both MMA Matrix and Matrix Fight Night. In an incredibly male dominant industry, she is currently the only woman in the world to own a fight promotion that is now globally recognised.
AYESHA SHROFF

Ayesha Shroff was born in Bangalore to Ranjan Dutt, Air Vice Marshal in the Indian Air Force and recipient of the Vir Chakra, and Claude Marie de Cavey, from Belgian nobility. She completed her education in Mumbai, and was a keen equestrian and swimmer, and represented her school in National competitions. Ayesha married her childhood sweetheart Jackie Shroff, who went on to become a super star in the Indian film industry. Ayesha Shroff is also mother to Tiger Shroff, the youngest global action movie star, and Krishna Shroff, the only female owner of an international MMA promotion, apart from owning her own chain of MMA gyms pan India. Ayesha was also a pathbreaking movie producer and over making 4 big budget movies, earned several Filmfare awards, box office success, and was credited for changing the look of Hindi films apart from introducing international standards of film making in India. Once her children decided to follow through on their MMA passion, Ayesha Shroff wholeheartedly embraced the sport of MMA and together with Tiger and Krishna, has been responsible for resurrecting the sport in India. With Matrix Fight Night having now firmly established itself as the definitive home of Indian MMA, the brand is now poised for the next chapter in its upward trajectory.
